Laptop has never been out of the house, has had a few months light usage - nod32 has been installed on the computer since day one and there has been no issues with viruses - I believe there is still approx 9 months subscription remaining

Microsoft word and excel are currently installed.

The laptop has an official sony silicon keyboard cover which has been on since the first day, This also permits the light to show through. A brand new pachaged spare silicon keyboard cover is listed separately

As the laptop has never been out of the house there are no scratches no imperfections at all...no finger prints on the screen either (as im really fussy with this) I think the laptop lid has only been closed twice!!- in all honesty it is hard to tell that the laptop isnt completely brand new as all packaging is in pristine condition too - pictures verify this. The laptop is in much better condition than an ex display model and even the fussiest buyer will be happy guaranteed!

The laptop will be delivered by special delivery in the UK packaged extremely well with extra insurance if a meeting cant be arranged...preferably I would like to meet the buyer to do the transaction..to ensure that the buyer is completely satisfied..a meeting could be arranged for Glasgow, London, Birmingham,Manchester. As I work for an airline and have some control over my schedule the laptop could be delivered in person to another country over the course of a few weeks, Singapore, Australia,USA, some european countries etc. Please enquire via email if overseas delivery is needed
