*Refurbished: We have a team of trained Hp Engineers that take the printer apart, thoroughly blow clean and then test the machine. On our larger printers we repeat this process but also change any rollers or consumables that need replacing e.g. Transfer Rollers, Pickup Rollers, Feed Rollers, Fuser, Fuser Assembly etc.....Due to the quantity of laser printers we stock, unfortunately we can't give specific page counts and consumable levels to match with the printer that you will receive (As this would mean us listing every printer on separate adverts!).  Every printer sold leaves our workshop tested working, that is why we provide a 3 month RTB warranty every printer! If anything does go wrong with your printer within this time you can give us a call / email and provided you return the machine to us, we will fix it, return it and refund your postage.We are a VAT registered business and provide every customer with a VAT invoice on request. All of the items we sell on Ebay are VAT inclusive, the only added charge is shipping.

**Shipping / Collection**

** Shipping to Northern Ireland and Ireland Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands and Non UK Mainland is considerably more expensive and will take 2 -3 days. The minimum postage cost on any item going to These destinations will be £20 and BT postcodes will be £25 (Its not us its the courier)*** Collection is by appointment only. If you wish to collect your item this service is free of charge however you will have to make an appointment either by phone or email.
