We currently use a 24h courier to dispatch our items. This is a UK ONLY service. Whilst many customers to get their parcel next day(depending on auction end times and how fast you pay!)We aim to have your purchase to you within 3 days however on occasions, such as weekends or bank holidays this may take slightly longer. This is a trackable service and you will have to sign for your delivery. Customers with a non standard UK address for example Armed Forces should contact us in advance of the auctions finish time as their may be a surcharge or alternative method of postage required. Items paid for after 11AM will generally be dispatched on the next working day.

The easiest way to pay is by PayPal, we do however accept cheques and payment by credit/debit card over the phone. If you win an item and wish to pay by debit/credit card please call us on 01376 518522 to make your payment.

Existing Warranties with Manufacturer - We cannot guarantee any remaining warranties with the original manufacturer or in the case of used equipment - provide details of a previous owner to assist in transferring ownership due to data protection.

Collection - We currently do not offer collections due to security on our site.

Packing - We try to pack all items well to ensure they arrive safely. We often use Air Bags, Bubblewrap and Paper Shreddings and mark parcels as 'Fragile'. Please dont be offended if we reuse a box or materials in general - we try to avoid creating any waste or landfill as we are a Recycling Firm.

Modification - Changing the specification of any machine or component bought from Millrace IT voids the warranty, this includes changing the Operating System installed or replacing parts.

Windows Disks and Installed Software - We cannot provide you with any Operating System disks other than those intended for the laptop such as original manufacturer recovery disks or disks created from a restore/recovery partition where applicable.

We provide a 7 day limited warranty on items listed as 'fully working', if your item develops a fault or you are not happy with your item you can return it for a full refund within this period. We will refund your postage and pay for the return of the item if the item has a fault. If you are returning an item that is not faulty you will be responisible for all postage costs.
